Casual Sunday.

Hi everyone !! ..and happy Monday ! :)
This weekend passed by so quick...(like always!) ..but it was surely a productive weekend :)
Can't wait to share what's in the works (; ..Anyways, just wanted to share this little number that I wore yesterday.I absolutely love this maxi dress. I have really been loving them lately. They are just so easy to wear, you could easily dress it up or dress it down, which I love. The material is so soft and it is so flattering on any body type really :). I paired with a light blue braided sandal which are not shown because the dress is a little long, but not too much that it would drag along the floor lol; and my Kate Spade bag that I could not put down. I'm obsessed with it.

I am also loving THIS ONE & THIS ONE TOO!

wishing everyone an amazing week !

Happy Sunday.!
This week has passed by so quickly, I could hardly believe it. It has been quite the trip this week in New York, and I'll be departing soon to Miami. Any who, this summer bold print is definitely IN! I am loving this floral print overall. I paired it with a simple white crop top and some beige studded sandals. I wore this out Friday for a day out in Soho. On Saturday, we went out for a farewell dinner with some of my mom's friends. For this, I wore a tribal print crop top with a black asymmetrical skirt that I adore !

NYC Takeover: Day 6

Thursday, June 19, 2014
Hi everyone, happy Thursday ! :)
I hope everyone has been having a great week so far, tomorrow is finally Friday ! This week has been truly amazing for me; New York has been good to me, and I'm so thankful to be able to be here and share everything with you guys. Yesterday was memorable, we went up to Brooklyn with my mom and my cousins, and we went up to the Brooklyn bridge ! It was one of the things that I always dreamed of doing. The views on the bridge are amazing; you get to see all of Manhattan and even the statue of liberty from there. After that, we walked all of the bridge and made our way to lower Manhattan where we went to the 9/11 memorial site. It was exciting and a little overwhelming at the same time when we arrived. To think that 9/11 had happened so long ago, but it felt as if it was yesterday that it occurred. The area is still under construction, but the memorial fountain (waterfall) is absolutely beautiful ! :) Finally, at night, my moms friends took us to go eat dinner at the Bronx at their house, it was really nice to see them.

NYC Takeover : Day 5

Happy Hump Day ! :)

We are almost at the end of the week again. Sadly, it has been going way too fast and I do not want it to end LOL. On another note, yesterday was really special; I was finally able to go see the Statue of Liberty up close and personal. The last time I went to New York, I was unable to go and ride the Ferry to Monument Island because it was already too late. This time, we arrived super early and we were able to see everything ! :) We took the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and then to Ellis Island (honestly, ellis island was pretty boring, not much to see lol ) . When we departed from there, we went straight into the city and went to see Wall St. It was really cool to be able to see it and the New York Stock Exchange as well; so inspiring.

Here are some photos.

Crop Top and Polka-dot jeans - Aeropostale (Bethany Mota Collection)

The most amazing picture ever :) I can't believe I took this. !

More to come !

NYC Takeover : Day 3 & 4

Tuesday, June 17, 2014
Happy Tuesday !
I really hope everyone had a great weekend and father's day. Sunday for me was really relaxing. We all went to Long Island to visit my other aunt that lives there with my cousins, which I haven't seen in such a long time. It was so nice to see all of them. We ate together and then we visited Sunrise mall. Furthermore, yesterday (Monday), we visited the Museum of Modern Art, as known as MoMA. It was my first time visiting a museum, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I was able to see some famous pieces by Monet, Picasso, Andy Warhol, and Van Gogh. We also went to Washington Heights; which that is always a fun experience; especially with all the street vendors.

Here's a recap !
