ASSYMETRICAL LONG SLEEVE + PEEP TOE BOOTIES

Isn't it crazy how one little detail can transform an outfit?! Here would be the cut-out assymetrical shoulder of this long-sleeve top I'm wearing, which I love! Imagine if it was just a plain old white long sleeve? I probably wouldn't have worn it or even had interest to take photos to be honest! lol. I love basic pieces that bring a unique perspective into your closet. I found this top when I was in New York at Century 21 and thought to myself.."hey, this is cute, get it, you know you will wear it someday" ! LOL. I remember I was shopping for a couple of long sleeve shirts in NYC because the temperature dropped so abrupt in the middle of June, and all I brought was Summer attire; so this top was one the pieces that I picked up. I finally got to wear it this passed weekend to go out to lunch with my boyfriend. Its lightweight enough to wear on its own or you could definitely layer it with other pieces too! I decided to pair it with my favorite black shorts from Marshalls! Whenever you see me wear a pair of black shorts...I'm pretty sure it'll be these..I wear them all the time! I love them! I also love these Splendid peep-tie booties in this nude-tone hue! They are super comfortable because of the block heel, and the ruffle shaft up top gives you so much more freedom to walk!

So funny story about these photos: My bf and I got into an argument and I just wasn't having it in wanting to take these photos because I didn't even want to look at him -_- LOL. So half of these shots are candid because I just wanted to go back to the car to leave and not do anything. But, they actually came out decent, and I'm pretty sure you would've never known if I didn't mention it. Not everything is as it seems (especially on social media) so I just wanted to share that. Not everything is rainbows and butterflies...although sometimes I wish it was. lol
