FLIRTY POLKA DOT TOP FOR THE SUMMER!

Happy Happy Wednesday indeed :) Today's "my Friday" since tomorrow is 4th of July, so my weekend has officially started! Long weekends are the best, hopefully the weather lives up to it and we are blessed with good weather to enjoy the beach. So today I am sharing this 'Summer ready' look featuring this fabulous top from the newest Camila Coelho collection from revolve! Since July is pretty much the peak of Summer, I thought this outfit would be pretty appropriate ;) Now, I fell in love with this piece from the moment I saw Camila share it on her instagram! Its definitely not my usually piece that I'd wear, but I really wanted to get it and see how it would look on! :) This was my first time shopping on the revolve website because honestly, it is not a place I go to shop often because everything is so expensive and overpriced, in my opinion. However, I love Camila Coelho's style and wanted to give this collection a try, even if it was only one piece from it! I was impressed from the second that I opened it. The material feels durable and the overall quality felt really nice. The best part are these huge organza sleeves. They are so beautiful and feel comfortable on, which surprised me. I tend to stay away from tops that have elastic on the arms because they just feel umcomfortable to me most of the time. So when I tried this one, I was pleasantly surprised. Now it doesnt really have stretch but it zips in the back and the criss-cross straps are adjustable..so thats a plus! Also, another reason I am happy is because this top was $128, so if I spend that much on one thing, I better love it! I never shell out this much $$ for one top, but since its a statement piece, I feel like I'll be wearing it way more than one time. Also, since its a neutral color palette, it'll match with tons of pieces in my closet :) Overall I am very happy with it, and definitely recommend snagging it if you can. :) I also encourage in treating yourself when you can ;) and this time was mine lol!

Now here I decided to style this top with a pair of high-waisted shorts. These are great because they have an elastic waist that really flatter your shape. I also like the white trim it has all around the shorts, thought that was fun! I wore my favorite studded sandals and a Summery wicker bag. I also love how a red lip looks when wearing this top; it really makes it special!
