I wore this outfit over the weekend for a day date with my mom. :) we went to the design district (our fav place to hang out) and she helped me take these photos. I’m so lucky to have a mom like her and have her unconditional love and help. If you’re reading this, i love you Mom! :)
So about this outfit, I found this bodysuit on Shein for like $6! Its amazing and I'm so happy with it ! :) I was looking for something different and I fell in love after seeing it on @nellytoledo_ on instagram! The scalloped shoulders are amazing and the entire bodysuit is stretchy and hugs every curve. I styled it here in my most favorite way; with high-waisted jeans. I think it looks effortless and classic at the same time. I forgot to wear a belt but you can totally do that and change up the shoes to sneakers or a cute pair of pumps! Here I opted for my fav snake print boots!! I love the contrast of the boot and the jeans. And no outfit is complete without a pair of sunglasses in my book. And for today, I wore these. Who am I kidding..I wear these ALL the time.
I really love this particular picture and saying. “She comes first”. In every aspect of this phrase. NEVER ever forget to think about yourself and not just other people. In relationships, caring for someone, being a mother, giving your all at a job. Sometimes we tend to get burnt out. Sometimes we forget that if we don’t love and care for ourselves first, who can we be to serve and help others? This doesn’t only pertain into your self-care routine, it also involves within your mental health. Remember to give yourself a break. Cut yourself some slack and know that tomorrow is another day. As I write this, I am thinking to myself that I should really take my own advice. I never mind sharing advice, but I sometimes forget to take my own.

- -With a festive textured pant! This bodysuit would work great for the holidays and its amazing thats its so affordable and flattering.
