Sleek & Chic

Happy Wednesday everyone ! Can you believe we are almost done with the month of October?! So scary! It seems like yesterday that I was boarding my plane to Europe, and now it's almost November! Since we are on the subject of travel, can wait to share with you all my most anticipated post...my stop in Paris ! It was very special so I can't wait for you all to know about my experience! lol.

Ok, so let's jump into this outfit. I actually planned this look around the shoes lol. I tend to do that sometimes, especially if I really love a pair, and these were love at first sight. I decided to keep it pretty simple with an "all white look". when this is done, it is super easy to switch out your accessories because a monochrome look of only white can go with so many options. These are one of my favorite pairs of jeans at the moment. The cut just below the ankle is perfect, especially with these booties that I wore. Sometimes it's difficult to find a pair that are not too long or too slouchy, but these fit me just right! And can you believe I found these MK jeans at Marshalls for only $25! It was a good day when I did lol. I also went with a basic white tank top, and that is pretty much it! That's the beauty of basics is so simple; you could transform a look with just one additional piece. Here I added a long & sleek black vest that I found at Target! It was like digging for gold and this little treasure was mine ! I really love that you could wear it loose or tie it around your waist, if desired. Being that its black, it instantly makes your waist look effortlessly smaller; so I was all over it when I first saw it!. Also, if you didn't know, they mark down many things at Target in the middle of the week, especially the clothes! I was able to get this vest for only $10! I live for a good deal, especially when it's such nice material. I finished the look with these gray lace up booties that I recently purchased. These are pretty comfy, especially with the chunky heel. Also, these booties caught my eye particularly because of the gray color. I have endless black, cognac, and nude shoes, but this gray color was different; it made the whole outfit look fresh. I finished it off with my favorite gold chain necklace and statement sunnies that I love so much. These sunnies were only 2 euros (less than $3!). Sometimes the most inexpensive piece can make the loudest statement, and these are it. ;)

  1. Love it! When you work with simple classic pieces it makes it easier to put a great outfit together. I still can't believe all those deals! I need to stop by Target soon lol
