DRESSING UP A LBD

Happy Wednesday!

This has to be another one of my favorite looks of this year. If you haven't notice by now, I'm all for easy and chic looks to pull off, and this one is definitely one of them !

This blush duster is what dreams are made of. It makes me feel so powerful when I wear it, it moves beautifully, AND it goes with everything. I also have it in olive green, which you could see how I styled it here. This piece is super versatile and a must have in your closet. It instantly transforms any piece of clothing into something that probably looked like it took "hours" to put together. I styled it here with a simple little black dress. You could see how pieces like this instantly dresses up your basics like your favorite black dress. Also I think you could get away with so many different color schemes when planning your outfit because it's a neutral color, and neutrals are your best friends when it comes down to styling and putting an outfit together. So I stayed pretty simple again this week. I paired with my favorite peep-toe booties, which I think it gives off a more edgy vibe because of the leather booties, but its still playful and girly. This is also perfect for my type of "Fall weather" in Miami. I just have to accept and embrace the fact that we don't really get cold weather here lol...so these types of outfits in the Fall are acceptable. :)

So all of you may know this week has been pretty crazy, especially with the presidential election happening. As I'm writing this, I am currently waiting to see who will be our next president. It's very scary to think one of these candidates will be our next president...what are your thoughts on the elections? I always like to read other people's opinion on it; even though I'm not a huge fan of politics, it is important to be aware.
