Hi there! Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you had a great holiday weekend! I had a great one; spent it alongside my bf and his family. We celebrated Easter, so we both woke up early and went to have a fab brunch at a place called First Watch! It's a really unique place because they only serve Breakfast and Lunch and they close at 2:30p everyday! I've gone twice and I'm in love with their belgium waffles...sooo good! They have a really great variety on the menu. You could check it out here if you're looking for a new brunch place in Miami to try out! I went to the North Miami Beach location!
So since it was Easter I wanted to dress up a little! I picked this floral dress up from Target and I'm in love with it. The print is really pretty, but what I really like about it is the tie waist belt it has. It really cinches around your waist (depending how tight you tie it) and it is so flattering on! I also really love the length. It hits just above the knee which I love. I cannot wear dresses that are too short because they look too revealing on me and that's not my style (not anymore at least lol). I'm also careful about dresses that hit way below the knee because they tend to age me and make me look frumpy! I'm 5'5" for reference..so any dress above the knee is what I'll aim for :) So I wore it with these super cute belted wedges that I found at a local store for.... $6!!! Yes..only $6! Sadly, they do not have an online store, but if you're interested just send me a comment here below or in my instagram! I gravitated toward these because the multiple buckle detail and because the wedge isn't too high, so they are pretty comfy to walk in all day. So after brunch, we decided to just chill around the house because we were so full after that meal. We then decided to go to the beach a couple hours before the sun went down. We are avid beach-goers...its our second home. I'm sharing some photos of my bf and I below and the swimsuit I wore..which is only $13!
Thanks again for reading :)
