STRIPES WITH MY FAVORITE HIGH-WAISTED JEANS!

Happy Wednesday! I wanted to share my outfit from this passed weekend because they are good pieces to have in your closet! I went down to Key Largo to visit my best friend and my godson, Ethan :) It's always the best time when I go and spend time with them...I miss them so much! EJ is growing so fast every time I go visit; in January he will already be 2 years old! I'm glad I get to see him grow up, even though its not everyday. Anways! I wore this to go visit and I thought I'd elaborate on it a bit. You all know that I adore color so I really enjoyed wearing this striped long sleeve top. It is part of the collaboration Blair Eadie from Atlantic Pacific blog did with Nordstrom and Halogen. The material is really soft and easy to raise the sleeves up because I am not fully committed to wear them long at the moment lol. I also love the mock-neck as well. It's not exactly a turtle neck but it does have a high neck-line AND it's comfortable to wear! I paired it with my absolute favorite pair of jeans from American Eagle, which are sadly worn in sooo much that I feel like I need to purchase another pair soon. I am not an AE shopper at all, but these jeans are amazing! They suck you in and hug all the right areas and they are extra stretchy! Stretchy jeans is the number one thing that I look for when I'm shopping for jeans.! If you're looking for a pair of good and inexpensive high-waisted jeans, you should definitely try these! The style is called the "super high-rise jegging". American Eagle are always running sales, so I'm pretty sure you could get a good deal on these!

I also was in the mood to wear these ankle booties. Super comfortable and they go great with everything :) Now all I need is the temperature to drop to 40 degrees so I could pull out some coats ;) lol
