BUCKET LIST: TOP 20 PLACES TO VISIT

Wednesday, June 14, 2017

Happy Wednesday.
So it's no secret that I love to travel. If it was up to me, I'd never be home. There's always something so satisfying (and exciting) about packing my bags and going to experience the unknown. This feeling has become stronger ever since last year's trip to Europe. It helped me grow. It has also made me feel small in this world; we are only a small portion in this amazing planet that we live in. It also made me realize that life isn't meant to be lived in one place. There's just so much to explore and I intend on honoring this for as long as I can.

Today I'm sharing some places that are on my current bucket list to visit and explore before my time on earth comes to an end (I know, how dramatic LOL...but it is a simple truth). I'll also include some that I've visited that I feel must be visited at least once in your lifetime :)

{ EDIT: * I felt like I had to remove the photos I had underneath each place because ultimately the photos weren't mine. I just simply searched for them on google. So the photos you DO see here are ones I personally took. Better safe than sorry. * }

Let's Start.

1. ROME, ITALY
Home to the collosseum and the majestic Trevi fountain. The next time I'm in Europe this is the first place I'm heading to!

2. CINQUE TERRE
Cinque Terre; The Italian Riviera and made up of five charming villages: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso. These picture perfect sights have been in my heart from the first time I saw this iconic photo.

3. SANTORINI, GREECE
I feel like everyone has been traveling here lately, and I have a pretty good reason why. I'd want to wake up to these spectaculat views every day of my life. lol

4. MOSCOW, RUSSIA

5. BARCELONA, SPAIN
Still wanting to fulfill my "cheetah girls" fantasy in visiting Barcelona haha. If you know what I'm talking about, let me know in the comments. ;)

6. SHIBUYA IN TOKYO, JAPAN
This "ward" in Tokyo is very reminicent of NYC; so natually, I'm dying to visit!

7. TULIP GARDENS IN KEUKENHOF, NETHERLANDS
A garden full of Tulips! This place is a dream and I'm so sad I didn't think of going when I was in Amsterdam last year!

8. VATICAN CITY STATE
Did you know that the Vatican is its own city within itself. It has its own flag and everything. It's home to the famous Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica!

9. PETRA IN JORDAN
Petra is one of Jordan's most famous sites! It is reached through a narrow canyon passageway called 'Al-Siq'. It's home to tombs and temples carved in Pink sandstone cliffs, and its how it earned its nickname: "The Rose City". It is one of the "newest" 7 wonders of the world!

10. CAPPADOCIA, TURKEY
Not sure if I'm brave enought to get on one, but I've always wanted to see these hot air balloons rise up at sunrise in Turkey! The most amazing site :)

11. BRAZIL

12. SHEIKH ZAYED MOSQUE IN ABU DHABI, UAE
One of the most respected grounds of worship. Definitely on the top of my list.

13. CHICHEN ITZA IN YUCATAN, MEXICO

14. MACHU PICCHU IN PERU
My mom has been here and said its an unforgettable experience.

18. NEW YORK CITY

I talk about it way too much, but of course I had to include it.

If you climb all 387 steps up notre-dame, you are rewarded with one of the
most stunning view of Paris...would you do it?

Any Romeo & Juliet lovers need to come here.
See the famous balcony that inspired Shakespeare and you could even write a letter to Juliet!
